1. Information We Collect

We collect information submitted during manufacturer signup, including personal details, identity documents, organization details, training and production details, payment details, and supporting documents. We also collect visitor inquiries and support queries.

2. Use of Information

Information is used to verify and manage manufacturer accounts, provide dashboards, share documents and notices, process inquiries, and improve the platform. Personal mobile numbers, email IDs, Aadhaar, PAN, and payment details are never displayed publicly.

3. Data Sharing

Public manufacturer listings display only the photo, name, state, unit number, and product category. Inquiries are forwarded to the official manufacturer email entered by the admin and chairman@mbfuniverse.com. We do not sell personal data.

4. Security

We use secure file uploads, role-based access controls, and approval workflows to protect sensitive information. Only approved admin users and the respective manufacturer can access private documents and data.
